We require a valid credit card for profile completion. Credit Card details are held on file in the safety & protection of Gingr Software (partnered with Stripe, Inc). Your credit card WILL NOT be charged unless you complete a payment yourself or if payment for a service has not yet been completed 24 hours after pet pick up. Other payment methods are available before or up to your pick-up reservation time.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:
- For the safety of all of our pets, we are unable to accept new reservations until your pet’s up-to-date vaccinations are uploaded to your profile.
Our required vaccinations are:
- Bortadella
- Canine Influenza
- DAPP
- Rabies
- Leptospirosis
DROP-OFFS & PICK-UPS:
We know that life does not always work within our hours of operation, and we’d like to provide you and your pet with as much flexibility as possible without over-booking our staff and resources.
